​Amrita Trading Company, division of Aikta Group Inc. is located in Brampton, Ontario. Established in 1994, Amrita Trading Company is an importer, distributer and wholesaler of speciality Asian foods specializing in basmati rice throughout Central and Eastern Canada. Amrita Trading Company carries a variety of different qualities of basmati rice, catering to all customer base. All rice products are provided by the House of Lal Qilla factories in Amritsar, India.

In addition to basmati rice, Amrita Trading Company imports and distributes fried onions and spices in both organic and non-organic varieties.

​​​The goal of the company is to offer the highest quality product while maintaining a strong customer relationship. For the past 20 years we have been servicing hundreds of independently speciality and ethnic stores. We have also supplied the hospitality community from restaurants to food service to large scale.
